To initiate a warranty claim, written notice must be submitted to Ballymore within 15 days of the issue becoming known to the purchaser. The product must remain intact for the claim to be considered.

Products eligible for return must be in their original condition and free from signs of misuse, damage, alteration, or excessive wear caused by the purchaser.
