At Titan Industrial Supplies, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth return process.
Return Authorization Process:
All returns must be authorized by Titan Industrial Supplies. To initiate a return, customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RGA) from our Customer Service Department. When requesting an RGA, please provide your invoice number to facilitate the process.
Return Conditions:

Restocking Fees for Returned Products : A restocking fee of 25% applies to eligible stock items. If the manufacturer imposes a higher restocking fee, that amount will be charged instead.

Return Timeline: Products must be returned within 90 days from the original purchase date.

Stock Item Requirements: The items being returned must be current stock items with Titan Industrial Supplies, and the quantity of returned goods must match the quantity originally purchased. Please note that product availability and stock levels listed on our website are subject to change. Approval & Shipping: Before returning any goods, approval and the correct shipping destination must be obtained from Titan Industrial Supplies.

Return Shipment: Returns must be shipped to the specified location within 10 business days after receiving the RGA number. The RGA number and invoice number must be clearly marked on the return address label.

Product Condition: All returned goods must be in their original, undamaged packaging and must be in resellable condition to be eligible for return.

Prepaid Returns: All returns must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept returns sent with postage due.
Non-Returnable Items:

Specially Ordered Goods: Products that were specially ordered cannot be returned. These items are clearly marked with a part number beginning with // on quotes and invoices.

Non-Stock & Custom Items: Restocking fees for non-stock or custom items will be determined on a case-by-case basis by Titan Industrial Supplies.
Damaged Goods:
If goods are damaged in transit, the receiver must note the damage on the delivery receipt at the time of receipt. This is necessary to file a claim with Titan Industrial Supplies.
Return Denial:
Titan Industrial Supplies reserves the right to deny any return or claim if the above conditions are not met.
Orders Affected by Exceptional Circumstances:
Products affected by X-factor events such as viral outbreaks, natural disasters, or other extraordinary circumstances cannot be returned once shipped and billed.
