If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. Returns must be in their original package and in the same condition as when they were received and you must have a copy of your receipt/proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please ensure to inspect your order upon delivery. If you have any issues with your order, contact us immediately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we have inspected the return we will notify you of the refund. Refunds will be automatically returned to your original method of payment within 10 business days . Please note your bank and credit card will have their own timeframes to post the refund.
